The Tower Transit Leadership Team

Winston heads up Tower Transit in Singapore. Most mornings, you’ll find him down at our interchanges, chatting with our bus captains and interchange supervisors before making his way to the office. This people-first approach characterises his career of more than 30 years in leadership as Chief Marketing Officer of ST Engineering (Land Systems), Deputy Chief Executive of Singapore Workforce Development Agency, and Chief Infantry Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces. It also means he can hardly walk down a street in Singapore without stopping to say hi to a former employee, colleague or friend.
See Peng brings to TTS a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles with close to a decade in public transport. Most recently, he was Head of Bus Customer Experience & Operations at SBS Transit, and CEO of Swan Taxis in Perth, Western Australia, before that. He also served in the Singapore Armed Forces for 30 years, attaining the rank of Brigadier General. See Peng has a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard, and read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford.
Subra is CFO by day and theatre director by night. He has well over a decade of experience in finance management and has been instrumental in streamlining TTS’ business operations to drive growth and increase efficiency and bottom-line success. He is equally accomplished in the arts and is a respected figure in Singapore’s Tamil theatre scene, having directed major Tamil plays.
