Meet the Tower Transit Team
Jack joined us as a Management Trainee in 2015 and started his tour of our entire operations as a Bus Captain. He went on to become a Service Controller then a Staff Manager and is now Rostering Manager at Mandai Bus Depot. He is TTS’ resident multi hyphenate, having worn multiple hats and possessing a big picture view of our operations. He still drives the bus from time to time.
Ray is an award-winning engineer who beat some of UK’s best mechanics to win the title of “Top Scoring Mechanical Technician” in a Skills Challenge in 2015. He attributes his achievements to a passion for learning and the best mentors in the trade. He oversees the training of all our vehicle technicians and engineers, and is also responsible for Quality management. Ray was nicknamed “Mr Fixit” by The Straits Times.
Priscilla, who was formerly in the air transport industry, oversees a young and dynamic operations team which takes care of over 800 Bus Captains at the Mandai Bus Depot.
Kishon joined TTS in 2020 as their first CXIO and led some of TTS’s inclusivity initiatives. He is a wheelchair user who used his own personal experiences and challenges to curate the PBIC & PBCC course content to better fit the needs of the participants. He is also a trained cook who went through culinary school and enjoys cooking!
Cheryl joined TTS in 2021 and has been a strong asset to the CX team strengthening TTS’s inclusivity efforts. She is a motorized wheelchair user who can be seen at Yishun Bus Interchange aiding commuters. She also conducts courses (PBIC & PBCC) to members of the public to build disability awareness and guide vulnerable passengers. She is also a trained baker who went through culinary school and enjoys baking and making desserts!
Daryl is TTS’ very first employee and is responsible for ensuring our buses arrive at the bus stops in a timely manner and according to the strict standards set by the Land Transport Authority. He oversees the Scheduling and Service Control teams.

Being a bus captain has been Syazwan's dream since young. After graduating from polytechnic, he joined TTS as one of our youngest bus captains. Always wearing a smile, Syaz enjoys interacting with commuters and has received compliments for good customer service.

The first thing you notice about Nicky is her smile, and then her blonde hair. She left the logistics sector to join Tower Transit Singapore as a Bus Captain in 2016. Her cheerful demeanour and her skill at handling a 12m bus makes her an inspiration to any woman looking to join the public transport industry as a Bus Captain. Interacting with her passengers and providing excellent service gives her a great sense of satisfaction.

Pei Ching has always enjoyed driving, whether it's driving a car or a heavy vehicle like the bus. She has been with TTS since Sep 2021, and she has never looked back. One of the key reasons she wants to be a bus captain is the fact that she gets to meet many different people every day. Pei Ching mainly operates bus service 857 and occasionally supports bus service 171 and 855.
